Panic Attacks

A panic attack is defined as a sudden bout of intense fear or anxiety that causes frightening but not life-threatening symptoms such as a pounding heart, shortness of breath, and the feeling of losing control or dying. It usually lasts from 5 to 20 minutes, and may be triggered by stressful circumstances or it may occur unexpectedly.

How does hypnosis assist clients who suffer from panic attacks?

Hypnosis will target the underlying root cause of the panic attacks which is the fear itself or the feeling of losing control. Once these emotions are met and relieved, there can be no breeding ground for a panic attack to exist or occur.
